Istanbul departure and arrival times of work has a terrible traffic. People often use public transport (bus, metro, minibus, metrobus, tramway, funiküler, boat, ship). Public transport's charge is very cheap. But note that has a population of Istanbul is very crowded, Istanbul's population is only 20 million :)
